when employee is not super admin we need to give specific permissions for the employee so that we can restrict him. we need to give that employee a role.
To assign a role, go to EMPLOYEES ROLES and click on ADD NEW. Select New APPROVER, choose the employee from the list, and specify the area of operation for the role. Click on SAVE to store the details. from this we create a role for the employee, but he is not a admin for this we need to place some restrictions for him for this we need to create a role for him.
To create a new role, go to the Employee Types section, define the role name, and add the appropriate permissions for that role. This completes the process of adding a new employee and assigning them a role in the system.

after creating the employee we need assign him a role for that we need to go to EMPLOYEES ROLES.

click on add new.
