
Rider Management.
Rider Management: This refers to handling everything related to delivery personnel (riders), including Onboarding Riders, Assigning Hubs etc.
Once signed in to FlipkartHL, navigate to the hamburger menu (☰) located at the top left corner of the screen. Click on "Setup," then go to "User" and select "Rider Management" to create a new rider. Click on "Add Rider" followed by "New Rider." Enter the rider’s name, specify the type of worker, mark them as active, and provide their personal phone number. Assign the rider to a hub by entering the hub code, then click on "Submit." After submission, the new rider will be created and linked to that hub.
Once logged into the Flipkart mobile application, the rider can check in, and the system will mark them as ready to accept orders. On the dispatch screen, the rider will appear as online, indicating they are active and available for deliveries.












after submitting a new rider is created in that hub.and for him to work we need to create a scheduling and planning shifts in roster management.

after completing the roster management then we can login the rider in his mobile.
