Steps to Assign an Order
Access the Orders Menu
Open the main menu and click "Orders".
Go to Dispatch Management
Select "Dispatch Management" from the options to manage order assignments.
Open the Dispatch Tab
A new tab will appear, showing the dispatch interface.
Choose a Store
Click the store selection field to pick the relevant location.
Enter the Store Name
Type the store’s name and select it from the list to filter orders.
View Available Orders
See the list of orders, such as order "UI052," displayed on the screen.
Select an Order
Click the options button next to the order you want to assign (e.g., "UI052").
Start Assignment
Choose "Assign" from the dropdown to begin assigning the order to a rider.
Search for a Rider
In the new window, click "Search Rider" to find available riders.
Pick a Rider
Select the rider’s name from the search results.
Confirm the Assignment
Click "Submit" to finalize the rider assignment.
Verify Assignment
Look for the "Rider Assigned" message to confirm the order is assigned.
Track Delivery Completion
Once the rider delivers the order, it will automatically disappear from the Dashboard.
