Get the month's sign in sheet from the client sign in book. Get the total of children, Adults and Elderly for each day

Click on "GSM Programs"

Click on "Documents"

Click on "Service Number Report"

Click on "Report Soup Kitchen"

Select the month you are adding data for

Enter your total of Children, Adults, and Elderly for each day. Write on a post-it the total service number located in the grey box on the bottom right of the screen. Households should always be zero.

Now go back to the folder where the report you just finsihed editing is located and Click on "C38772GG Grace Episcopal_Period Meal Service Report"

Click on the month you are adding data for

Fill in the correct data for all the sections. Meal Factor is 2 because we provide 2 meals at every service (1 hot meal on site and 1 to-go bag supper) For the Soup Kitchen, leave Number of Households blank

Then go to the Regional Food Bank's website

Click on "PARTNER PORTAL"

Click on "ONLINE ORDERING"

Type the login information and Click on "Login"

Click on "+ Add New Agency Statistics"

Select the month you are adding data for

Enter the data in the correct section, add in the comments for each meal factor of 2. For the Soup Kitchen leave Household Served blank. Once completed click save
