Guide For Undelivered Orders.

Once a customer places an order, it is immediately reflected on the dashboard for further processing. The operations team reviews the new order and proceeds to assign it to an available delivery rider. By clicking on the "Assign" button, the list of online riders is displayed—Rider1, being online and available, is selected. Once selected, the team clicks "Submit" to confirm the assignment. After receiving the order assignment, Rider1 checks in through the system, which then triggers a delivery notification on his device. He reviews and accepts the delivery task, starts his bike, and heads toward the pickup location. Upon reaching the gate, he prepares to deliver the items but first performs a mandatory item verification check. During this process, he discovers that some items in the order are missing or unavailable.

The system then directs the rider to the Piece Review screen, where he is allowed to adjust the quantity of items before proceeding. He reduces the count to reflect the missing items and clicks "NEXT" to continue. The system subsequently asks the rider to specify the reason for the quantity change. Among the available options, he selects "Missing Item" to accurately report the issue. After confirming the reason by clicking "NEXT," the system evaluates the situation and marks the order as undeliverable due to the absence of items. The rider is then required to select a reason for the delivery failure; in this case, he chooses "QC Consent Failed." Upon clicking "NEXT" once again, the system initiates a customer verification step. It prompts the rider to place a call to the customer to inform them of the situation. The rider proceeds to call, and once the customer answers, further instructions or resolution steps can be discussed, ensuring proper closure of the delivery task.
