Kowee Updates on K-Analytics - Report Number 4: Booking Profile

Discover the latest updates on Report Number 4 by the Kowee team, featuring improved navigation and analysis tools for better yield and reservation performance insights.

By Baptiste Ledroit

In this guide, we'll learn how to navigate and analyze the updates made by the Kowee team on Report Number 4 of K-Analytics, Booking Profile.

The first update introduces a filter for yield class, allowing for more precise analysis of parking performance. This filter helps in focusing on specific yield classes, such as short-term parking, to observe significant changes in volume and revenue.

The second update involves a new dashboard which provides a Monthly Comparison in a table that allows you to compare performances of all car parks at once. This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of revenue changes across different parking categories, such as business and leisure, offering detailed insights into each parking's performance.

With this yield class filter, you can filter and select a specific category of parking duration.

1
Click on "Yield class"
Step #1: Click on "Yield class"

For example, here we want to focus on yield class number 3, ranging from 1 to 3 days.

You can select all other yield classes individually, or even select several together if you want to refine the analysis for certain parking duration groups.

The second evolution is an additional dashboard that has been created, also called Months Comparison of Monthly Performance.

The elements from the first board are used again, but in a table that provides overall figures and splits them by car park family: in this example business and leisure car parks. For an overall revenue increase of 8% in January 2025 compared to 2024, we immediately see that business parking shows a revenue increase of 15.6%, while leisure parking shows a 5% increase.

Click on "+ Business"
Step #3: Click on "+ Business"

We can then detail each park type to get a clear view of each parking's specifics, allowing us to grasp both the overall trend and the distribution by parking type at a glance.

Here’s hoping these two new developments help you use this K-Analytics App even more effectively.
