Configure Call Queue Wait Settings in RingCentral

This guide is intended for RingCentral administrators and IT managers responsible for phone system configurations. It is used when setting up new call queues or adjusting call handling behavior for existing departments.

Click Phone System in the top navigation bar to access your organization's phone settings.

In the left-hand sidebar, navigate to the Groups menu and click Call Queues.

Select the call queue you want to configure, such as Reliant Main.

Under the Call Handling & Agents section, click Wait settings to expand the configuration options.

Once expanded, configure your wait settings as required. You can adjust how long a caller waits before being routed to a different destination or sent to voicemail.

Click Save to apply your changes to the call queue.
