In this guide, we'll learn how to streamline your meeting setup process by creating an ongoing meeting with a new automatic ID, disabling the waiting room feature, and setting a simple passcode for easy access. By following these steps, you can efficiently generate a meeting link that automatically logs participants in without the need for a password. This tutorial aims to simplify the meeting initiation process and enhance the user experience for both hosts and attendees.

Let's get started.

Click "+ Schedule a Meeting"

Click "Recurring Meeting"

Click "Daily"

We won't set a specific time.

And change it to "No Fixed Time"

Now it will be a continuous meeting. We will create a new automatic meeting ID. Ensure that the waiting room option is unchecked. Set the passcode as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or any other combination.

Click "Generate Automatically"

Make sure "Waiting Room" is unchecked

Click the "passcode" field and type in your desired password.

Make sure "Allow participants to join anytime" is checked.

Right here, I'm going to click "copy." This link will automatically log you into the meeting without requiring a password.
