Q: Can I force users to read a policy before they can take the training course?

A: Yes. When adding a new sequence, choose "Based on completion of other Sequence" instead of "Based on Days." This enforces a prerequisite order.

Q: What is the benefit of creating a workflow template in isolation?

A: By creating a standalone workflow template, you can reuse it across multiple auto-enrollment conditions or workflows in the future without rebuilding the sequences each time.
