Initial Sales Engagement

  • Sales team discusses with customers to assess which experts they have.

  • Ensure customers understand the two tiers of Expert Hub:

    • Basic

    • Premium

2. Expert Vetting Process

Pre-Signing

  • Sales team confirms expert availability.

  • Initial suitability assessment conducted by Expert Views Manager (Yes/No decision).

Post-Signing

Step 1 — Internal Notification:

  • Expert Views Manager is notified of new Expert View customers via the New Contract notifications group in Teams (posted by Alan Marshall).

Step 2 — Customer Contact:

  • Expert Views Manager contacts the customer once the contract is signed.

  • Expert information is submitted by the customer via an online form.

Step 3 — Vetting Process:

  • Vetting calls scheduled via Calendly (managed by Expert Views Manager).

  • Once vetted, experts are added to the Expert Hub database.

SECTION 3 — Post-Onboarding & Handover to Customer Success

  • Expert Views Manager ensures all vetting is complete and expert information is collected.

  • Formal handover to Tessa confirming that the customer is ready for onboarding and entitlement activation.
