Initial Sales Engagement
Sales team discusses with customers to assess which experts they have.
Ensure customers understand the two tiers of Expert Hub:
Basic
Premium
2. Expert Vetting Process
Pre-Signing
Sales team confirms expert availability.
Initial suitability assessment conducted by Expert Views Manager (Yes/No decision).
Post-Signing
Step 1 — Internal Notification:
Expert Views Manager is notified of new Expert View customers via the New Contract notifications group in Teams (posted by Alan Marshall).
Step 2 — Customer Contact:
Expert Views Manager contacts the customer once the contract is signed.
Expert information is submitted by the customer via an online form.
Step 3 — Vetting Process:
Vetting calls scheduled via Calendly (managed by Expert Views Manager).
Once vetted, experts are added to the Expert Hub database.
SECTION 3 — Post-Onboarding & Handover to Customer Success
Expert Views Manager ensures all vetting is complete and expert information is collected.
Formal handover to Tessa confirming that the customer is ready for onboarding and entitlement activation.
