Click on "Transfer Orders in Zoho" under Inventory

Find the Transfer Order you want to add to Van's inventory

Double click Received to: box, and a list of Vans/ warehouses will come up as a Scroll list, pick which van or warehouse you want the parts to be Transfer to.

When part comes up, make sure to select the correct part, some parts have more than 1 description or space (under Beverage Dispensing or Install Parts)

Now add the same Qty to the Van's Allocation (these should match, if not the rest goes into unreceived and will screw up SF's inventory of the part on that warehouse's inventory).

Check to make sure Unreceived amount says zero (0) and then click the "Save Inventory Order"
The parts will be added to that Warehouse's Inventory and be available for a call

Check to see if the van/warehouse assigned has the part(s) needed as sometimes the tech is assigned a different warehouse and the parts are not on the original van, but the new van the tech used that day. If the part is there, click the appropriate warehouse.

Then Click on "Save Job", the job should now show the correct warehouse the part will come out of. - If for some reason the part is not in any warehouse, you will need to create a transfer order to add the part to the warehouse. Make sure that the part is in the van's inventory in Zoho first so it matches up with Service Fusion's account of the part.
