Updating rider details

Updating rider details involves modifying their profile, order status, or hub assignment in the system. When a rider has pending reconciliations, such as an undelivered order due to QC failure, the system restricts new order allocations until the issue is resolved. Once reconciliation is completed, the system updates the rider’s status, making them eligible for new assignments. Admins or supervisors handle these updates through the portal, ensuring smooth operations and correct rider information in the database.
