Enter activity and consumption values for each emission source
Learn how to enter data for the sources assigned to you. This guide also explains how to navigate the platform and add the required information in different cases.

In this guide, you will learn step by step how to report consumption for your emission sources: select the right emission sources and complete them with the required information.
Select the emission sources to report
First, log in to the platform with your username and password.

When you open the "Emission sources" section, you can see all the sources created for the selected business unit.
There can be several Scope 1, 2 and/or 3 sources. They are created and set up in an earlier stage.
Enter activity and consumption in the source

Open the source you want to complete.
To enter activity and consumption, use the side menu option "Activity and consumption" .

Click "+ Add new consumption record"
Complete the information requested. It changes depending on the scope and the type of source. However, you must always enter a "Reference", a "Consumption period", a "Fuel"/"Gas", and so on.

After you enter the data, click the green icon to save the record.
If you want to edit the consumption, click the pencil icon.
Note: You can only do this if the source status is "New" and it can still be edited.

Attach all the evidence needed to support the data you entered. To do this, click "Add attachment". Finally, click "Confirm" to finish.
Special case
For example, let's look at the "Móvil por carretera" ("Road transport") category.

In this case, you must select the category of the vehicle the activity refers to. For example, "Vans and minivans".
Keep in mind that a source can be reported annually, quarterly or monthly. This is set when the source is created.
