This guide explains how to manually power on the facility speakers if the remote fails and outlines the designated locations for group breakout rooms.

This guide is intended for facility volunteers and event coordinators who are responsible for setting up the meeting spaces and directing attendees.

Speaker Power Troubleshooting

If the speakers do not turn on using the remote control, you can manually activate the power.
