How to Find Real Estate Listings on Market for 90+ Days

Learn how to use Redfin's search filters to find properties and FSBO listings that have been sitting on the market for more than 90 days.

Finding real estate listings that have been sitting on the market for an extended period—such as 90 or 180 days—can be a great way to identify distressed properties, motivated sellers, or potential fix-and-flip opportunities.

Search for Your Target Area

Navigate to Redfin in your web browser.

In the central search bar, type your target market (e.g., Chester County).

Apply Property Filters

Once the map loads, open the All Filters menu located on the right side of the screen to refine your results.

Click on any property card in the results list to view its details, photos, and exact days on the market.

From the property listing page, you can find the broker or listing agent's contact information. For FSBO properties, you may find the homeowner's direct contact details. Always make sure to run comparable sales (comps) using your preferred real estate analysis tool before reaching out to negotiate.
