How to Access and Upload Brand Content on Adobe Express
Learn how to access brand content on Adobe Express and upload your own templates from platforms like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
In this guide, we'll learn how to access and utilize brand content in Adobe Express. We'll explore how to add shared brands like Mizzou and the Reynolds Journalism Institute to your library for easy access when creating content. Additionally, we'll cover how to upload your own templates from other platforms such as Canva or Google Slides, ensuring your designs remain consistent with brand themes.
Let's get started

You likely won't have any brands on your page yet, so click on "Browse Shared Brands."

From there, you will automatically see the Mizzou brand. Click on it, then click "Add." This will add the brand to your library, ensuring it appears whenever you create content.

To access it, return to the main Adobe Express page (probably in a separate tab).
Click Home, then click the plus button to create any content.

Let's say we want to create an Instagram post.

Go to Brands, click on the Mizzou brand, and drag any logos you want.

You can access the Reynolds Journalism Institute brand. I'll show you how. Once uploaded, click on any of the logos.

I have uploaded templates, including an Instagram template.

Click "Start a New File" to automatically create an Instagram file from the template.

To add the RJI brand, go back to Browse Shared Brands, and search for Reynolds Journalism Institute to find it.
I will return to Adobe Express. If you have a template to upload, go to Your Stuff, click Create, and select Import from Other Apps.

Here, Canva is an option. I'm going to click on it, and it asks me to download it as a PDF or a PowerPoint.

Go to Canva and navigate to My Projects. Select the PowerPoint or slide deck you want. Click Share, then click Download.

I will download it as a PowerPoint. Once downloaded, I'll return to Adobe Express and drag it here. Then, I'll click Open, and you can start from scratch.

Some fonts may change, so you might want to click on them. You can always access the brand fonts here to ensure they align with the brand theme.

And that's all!
