Let's get started.
Okay, I will demonstrate how to add a building to my collection in Momentum.
First, I'll click on the "Add Building" option.

I see that I have various collection options.

I'll put this one in my Gatsby collection. Just pick any one, and I'll type in an address here.

I'll look at 1088 Park Avenue, New York, New York.

That's a multifamily building. Here's a picture of the building with information we know from public data. If you notice any incorrect information, click on the "Edit Details" button. You will see all the information there, including additional fields, and you can edit any necessary details.

You can adjust the size of the building, its heating system, utilities, and costs. Remember to save your changes.

You will find various scope options on the left side based on different themes. Some focus on Local Law 97 compliance, while others aim at maximizing rebates, such as option one and option two. Each option includes a list of relevant measures for the building, along with estimates of costs, rebates, operating costs, energy savings, and greenhouse gas savings. These are initial suggestions to prompt your consideration.

You can customize any measurement or scope. For example, if you decide, "I just finished my roof and ceiling, so I don't need to work on those."

I haven't changed my windows yet, but I plan to add solar panels on the roof soon.

You can do that. Click there, go to save, and now you have a copy of your scope with the different measures you've selected.

You can view a summary of the scope, incentives, costs, and other details. You have the option to view it per dwelling unit or per building. If desired, you can enter an email address here to share it with a colleague.
