Hello, and welcome to the Traction Knowledge Center. In today's episode, we'll show how to associate two customers who have the same data, such as the same phone number and name.

Step #1: Click here to search for your customer — Click here to search for your customer

Write the name or phone number of the customer

Step #2: Click on your selected customer — Click on your selected customer

You will be redirected to her summary. First, click on Contact Details.

Step #3: Click on "Contact details" tab — Click on "Contact details" tab

Go down below and associate a customer.

Step #4: Click on " + Associate a client" Button — Click on " + Associate a client" Button

Step #5: Click on "Search a client to add a relation" — Click on "Search a client to add a relation"

Write the number or name of the customer you want to associate
