This process involves navigating through Outlook's settings to modify the signature text. By following these steps, you ensure that all outgoing emails display the correct address information.

Here is how to change your email signature to display the head office address. To change your email signature, start by going to the "File" button on the top left head of your email inbox.

Next, go to the options in the lower left corner.

From here, you click on the 'mail' option.

Once you're in Mail, go to Signatures.

You might have more than one, but the one you are currently using for all your emails will be highlighted.

From here, you can modify this text to make the necessary changes.

In this case, we're updating the address to display the head office with the Mississauga location.

After making the change, click OK.
