To change your voicemail for Cool Springs Fish Bar, log into your account at service.ringcentral.com. Use your email and your password. Once logged in, ensure you're in the admin portal. If not, click the dropdown in the top right corner and select the admin portal.

To update your intro message or voicemail, go to the phone system. Then, navigate to groups, call queues, then choose 'staff member.'




To enable an introductory message, you can set up a call queue greeting. This allows you to record a greeting for the call queue.


Usually, when someone calls, the phone will automatically answer before transferring to a staff member. You can change this by selecting "Edit" and choosing "Custom."



You can enter your phone number and the system will call you, which will then allow you to record a call queue greeting which users will hear before connecting to the host stand.
When you're done recording, hit save. To update your voicemail, go to the bottom voicemail area and select edit on custom.




Same as above, you can record your voicemail here. This will update your voicemail or allow you to set up an introductory call queue greeting before the phones ring in the restaurant. When complete hit save.
