To begin, navigate to the analytics section of your platform. Look for the reports tab to access the data you need.
Selecting Report Parameters
Once in the reports section, you'll encounter various options. Choose the appropriate property or ticket status based on your analysis requirements.
Setting Date Filters
To refine your report further, set up date filters. Specify the timeframe you wish to analyze, such as the month of April or a specific date range like December last year.
Downloading the Report
After configuring your parameters, proceed to download the report. By selecting the download option, you'll receive a comprehensive CSV file containing the desired information.
