How to Download Glitter AI

In this guide, we'll learn how to download the Glitter desktop app (or Chrome extension). This process involves selecting the appropriate version for your system, whether it's a Mac or Windows. We'll also cover how to identify the correct processor type for Mac users and how to handle the download if you have the Chrome extension installed.

Here's a quick guide on downloading the Glitter desktop app. On the main Glitter dashboard page, click your name at the bottom left, then select "Download Glitter AI."

Step #2: Click on "Download Glitter Al" — Click on "Download Glitter Al"

Choose between Glitter AI for Chrome or the Desktop App

You can choose either the Chrome extension or the desktop app.

The difference between the Chrome extension and the desktop app is that the Chrome extension will only be able to record on browsers, while the desktop app will be able to record on any application installed on your computer.

To download the desktop app, click on "Download."

Step #4: Click on "Download" — Click on "Download"

Glitter will automatically detect your system and automatically start downloading if you click the big purple download button.

Downloading for a different operating system

If for whatever reason you need to download a version for a different operating system, click on "Download for other systems" and choose your system.

Step #6: Click on "Download for other systems ✓" — Click on "Download for other systems ✓"

If you bought your Mac after 2020, you likely have an M1, M2, M3, or M4 processor. If it's an older Mac, download the Intel version. For Windows, there's only one version available, so no action is needed.
