How to Edit and Manage Campaigns in Sales Robot
Learn how to navigate the Sales Robot dashboard, edit campaigns, and manage LinkedIn messages effectively. Step-by-step guide for optimizing your campaigns.
In this guide, we'll learn how to navigate and manage campaigns in SalesRobot. Once logged in, you will see the accounts or dashboard, displaying analytics for Laura's account. This includes campaign activity, connection requests, and replies over the last 30 days.
We will cover how to view and edit existing campaigns, create new ones, and use automation features. Additionally, we will explore how to personalize messages and ensure configurations prevent duplicate communications.
Let's get started.
Once you're logged in to Sales Robot, you will see the dashboard. You will either land on the accounts page or the dashboard. Here, you can view the analytics for Laura's account, including the number of running campaigns, connected people, and replies in the last 30 days.

Click on "Campaigns." It's straightforward.

You can see all the campaigns we're currently running. This one is almost completed. We started it four months ago. It's slow to ensure we don't get flagged by LinkedIn. We've been sending emails to employees from Capital One, and we soon need to create another campaign. If you want to edit it, click here, then select "Edit Campaign." It's very simple. You can choose the automations here.

You can experiment with it a little.

Here, for example, send a connection request. Then you can see how many people have connected.

If you click on the little pen symbol, you can edit the message.

Here are the different personalization tags. These tags ensure that if someone has volunteer experience, we will send a message addressing that experience. This creates a connection. We also have another option.

If they don't have volunteer experience, we send a more generic message, which you can edit here. They also provide an indicator of its potential performance. It shows a high word count and poor performance because we have two messages. Unfortunately, this doesn't check both separately.

You can also add the configuration here. This is very important to avoid sending people something twice. That's how you can edit it, and it's also the same way to create a campaign. If you're ever unsure about something, like how to create these if tags, you can always click the Help button. There's a live chat, and they will guide you on what to do.

And that's how to edit campaigns.

Here in the inbox, you can see Laura's LinkedIn messages. The small icon indicates whether someone has replied. You can double-check to see if there are any useful responses that require Laura's attention.

Archie does this, but I would also check twice a month.

Most of them aren't really interested so far. We might have to change the campaign messages.
