Hello, today we will learn how to extract bounces from mailings in our application, Newsletter2Go, also known as Sendinblue. First, click on this button and choose the correct directory.

Open it, then choose the Data tab and select Text and Spaces. Ensure that Separated is chosen and that the comma value is set. Click Continue, then click Done. Now you have the mailing in the correct format. Here you have all bounces. It is important to filter the soft bounces from the hard bounces. For the soft bounces, click 0 and filter by 0. You will see all the people who are soft bounces.

If you choose to show only the hard bounces, select 1, and you will see all hard bounces.
