
How to Fix Incomplete Visits in RxWorks: A Step-by-Step Guide

In this guide, we'll learn how to resolve the issue where a visit remains "incomplete" after finalising. This situation can occur when attempting to save a visit, and it does not update to complete status. We will explore a step-by-step process to ensure the visit is correctly marked as complete and appears in the financial records.
Confirming the Issue
First, we will confirm that the issue is present.


We are going to finish.

This example is a multi-consult, but that doesn't matter.

It still shows as incomplete. We've confirmed the issue, now let's move on to the fix.
Fixing the Issue

We uncheck "Complete Visit and create financial records" to save it as an incomplete visit.


Now we've reset the incomplete marker, and we can save the visit as normal.




Go to Financials, and you'll see the visit has been added.
