This guide explains how to map items in Craftable's Bevager platform. 1. Open Craftable. 2. Click on "Invoices." 3. Navigate to "Invoices" again.



Locate the unmapped invoice. Identify the item that is not mapped.


Click "Not Mapped." Start typing the name "Kahlua."


Select the name.

Enter the number of units received for the price.

In this case, it's a one-liter bottle. One times one-liter bottle. The purchase unit is a unit.


Mapping is complete for this item. Now, map the remaining items.

Don Q is not defined in the system.
Don Q is not in the system, so we need to add it.
From Don Q. Click here to add.

All liquor items should be one liter, regardless of the package size.

This item is now mapped. Open another instance of Bevager.

Navigate to Items and Vendors, then select Items.

Refresh.

Locate the most recent item you added, Don Q Rum.


All liquor should be set up with one-liter count units. Add a secondary count unit by clicking the plus sign and entering 750 milliliters.



That will be the secondary count unit. Tab over. The equivalent count unit is 0.75 times one liter.
The secondary unit, 750 milliliters, equals 0.75 of the primary unit, one liter.
Save the item.
