
How to Map Vendor Invoices in the Craftable Bevager Platform -WINE ITEMS

How to map vendor invoices in the Craftable Bevager platform: 1. Open Craftable and log in. 2. Ensure you are in the Bevager section. 3. Locate "Invoices," then select "Vendor Invoices."

Navigate to Status and apply the Not Mapped filter.



You will see a list of unmapped invoices.

Click on any unmapped invoice.

You will see items with a broken link logo that are not mapped. Click on the unmapped item.

This is the information from the vendor invoice.

The description of the item, the pack size, and the price. To map, start typing the name, Charles.

If the exact name and count unit of the item doesn't appear, then the item is not defined in the system, so we need to add a new item.
Add this item and specify its type.
In this case, it's rosé, followed by the brand name, Charles and Charles. Click here to add the new item.

The item has been added.
The count size will be 750 milliliters, which is a standard bottle of wine. Next, select the category.

A wine.


Select the subcategory: red wine.


The purchase unit is a case.


The item has been added to the system. Now, open another instance of Craftable Bevager.

Click on Items & Vendors, then select Items.


This will show all the items in the system.
Refresh the site.

Type "Charles and Charles" to find the item we just added.

Click the item.

This will display the item information. We need to add a secondary count unit, which is a Case (CS). Click the plus sign to add it.

The secondary count unit will appear.

In this case, we want to count by the case, abbreviated as CS. How many units are in the case? It will be twelve 750-milliliter bottles.

The inventory item is now defined. We can count it by each 750-milliliter bottle or by the case, which contains twelve 750-milliliter bottles. Return to the first instance of Craftable Bevager on the invoice to complete the mapping.

Locate the next item that isn't mapped. Click "Not Mapped."

Here is the information: description, pack size, and price. In this case, it's a Chardonnay by Chalk Hill. Type in "Chalk." If nothing comes up, the item is not defined, so we need to add a new item.
First, enter the type of wine. In this case, it's Chardonnay, or "Chard" for short, from Chalk Hill. Click here to add the new item.

Standard wine bottle, 750 milliliters. Category: wine. Subcategory: white wine.



Chardonnay is a type of white wine.

How many did we receive for $78? The pack size is six.
Insert six.


Purchase unit: case, six times 750 milliliters. This item has now been mapped.

Go to the other instance of Bevager.

Refresh the item list.

Locate the item you recently added.


Chalk Hill Chardonnay. Click on the item.

The count unit is the standard 750-milliliter bottle. To add a secondary count unit, click the plus sign.

The secondary count unit will be the CS case.

In this instance, there were six 750-milliliter bottles in a case.

Save the item.

The inventory item, Chardonnay Chalk Hill, is now complete. It can be counted in 750 milliliter bottles or as a case of six 750 milliliter bottles. Return to the invoice that needs mapping and the other instance of Craftable.

Locate the final item that requires mapping.

Click on Not Mapped. The description is Three Thieves, Pinot Grigio, 12 bottles of 750 milliliters each. In the name field, type "Three Thieves." If nothing appears, the item needs to be added to the system. What type of wine is it? It's a Pinot Grigio, Three Thieves.
Click here to add.

Item added: 750 milliliters standard wine bottle. Category: wine.

This is a Pinot Grigio, which is a type of white wine.




What is the purchase unit? Case.

The vendor invoice has been mapped.

Return to the other instance of Bevager.

Refresh the item list.

Locate the item we just added.


Three Thieves. Click the item.

The unit of measurement is 750 milliliters. We want to add a secondary unit.


CS for case. How many in a case? Twelve. Save the item.

Now that it's complete, return to the other instance.

Locate the completed invoice and click "Done Mapping."
