Accessing Employee Settings
To begin the offboarding process, navigate to your account settings and locate the Employees tab. This step is crucial in identifying the employee who needs to transition to off-boarding status.
Updating Employee Status
Once you've located the employee in question, proceed by clicking on the edit icon associated with their profile. Here, you will find essential details such as their role, manager, contact information, and job title. Focus on updating their status to off-boarding to reflect the upcoming transition accurately.
Finalizing the Off-boarding Process
After updating the employee's status, confirm the changes by selecting the offboarding option and clicking on the update button. This final step ensures that the employee's status is accurately reflected in the system, marking the beginning of their off-boarding journey.

Next, click on the Employees tab.

Find the employee who needs to start the off-boarding process and click the edit icon on their row.

Here you will find all the employee information. It includes their role, status, manager (if assigned), name, email, and job title. To proceed, choose their status and switch it to off-boarding, then click update.


The employee is now set for offboarding. They will receive an email letting them know their offboarding has begun and they will be able to start the offboarding flow.
