How to Offboard Experts by Deleting Calendly Accounts
Learn the step-by-step process to offboard experts by deleting their Calendly accounts, ensuring a smooth transition.
In this guide, we'll learn how to delete a Calendly account as part of the off-boarding process for experts transitioning out. The process involves checking for any upcoming meetings, accessing the Admin Center, and removing the user account. It's important to note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Finally, we'll update the Notion Board to mark the task as completed.
Let's get started
Hi. To begin offboarding our experts when they transition out, we need to delete their Calendly accounts. We can start by checking if they have any scheduled meetings, such as for Sina for example.

Click on Meetings.

This is necessary to see if there are no upcoming meetings, as we cannot delete an account if there are existing ones. For this example, as you can see, there are no upcoming meetings, so it's a good time to delete their account. After this, go to the Admin Center and click on Users.

Once you click on "Users," use the search bar to type in their name.

From the options, please choose "Remove" and "Delete."

The next step is to update the Notion Board on [to add the link here] to indicate that the account has been deleted.
Select the Calendly account deletion under the expert's name and then mark it as done.

And that's it. Thank you.
