Let's get started.
Let's start at mdpc.clubhub.cloud
Get to the Sign In page by clicking "Sign In" on the top right of the web page.
First, let's try to Sign In
If your Username or Password is incorrect, the site will let you know. Since I'm sure of my username, I'll click on "Forgot your password?"
Doing that will show the Reset Your Password screen.
Now, we need to have clubHub send us an Email with a Password Reset Code
clubHub will send an Email with a Password Reset Code to the Email Address associated with your Username
At the same time, the Reset Your Password screen will change, allowing you to type in the code that was Emailed to you.
Do not close this web page. If you do, you will need to start the process over.
Go to your Email application to get the code and Return to your Web Browser
Click on "New Password" and enter your new Password in the New Password field.
Also enter the same New Password in the Confirm Password field.
Then, click on the SUBMIT button.
That's it.
You can now Sign In with your new Password.
Note: If for some reason the Reset Code Email doesn't show up, you can click "Resend Code" to get another one emailed to you.
