In this guide, we'll learn how to share a calendar with specific people or groups. Sharing calendars can improve collaboration and ensure everyone stays informed about important dates and events. We'll go through the steps to select the right settings and send invitations to the intended recipients.

Let's get started.

To share the calendar with the right person, go to the project, select "Settings and Sharing," then choose "Share with specific people or groups." Click "Add people and groups," enter the recipient's name, and press "Send."

Click on the three dots next to any calendar under "My Calendars".

Type the email that you want to share to. Example: Lisa

Click on the desired email address. Example: Lisa@southwestkitchen.com

Once you open the email, you can choose to add it to your calendar. It will automatically be added, as shown at the bottom of the page.
