How to Sign In and Navigate TeamTown
Learn how to sign in to TeamTown, navigate the dashboard, manage tasks, and utilize various features like requests, services, and files.
In this guide, we'll learn how to navigate and use the TeamTown application effectively. We'll cover the sign-in process, how to access and manage tasks, and understand the various tabs and features available on the dashboard. This will help you stay organized and ensure all tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.
Let's get started
To sign in, go to app.teamtown.co/login. You should be able to sign in with your email address.

If you're not sure, check your email. Use your CIWebGroup email and search for TeamTown. You should have an invite. I'm going to log in and use my password.

Once you log in, you'll see the dashboard. On the left side, you'll find the navigation menu. By default, you start on the dashboard, where you'll see eight open requests and eight completed ones. There are tabs for open and closed requests. Open requests with a red dot to the left indicate a notification waiting for a response. If there's no red dot, there might still be a message that someone has clicked on but not responded to.
That happens sometimes. You'll see all the task details in a row per task, and then multiple pages if needed.

Closed tasks will appear here, allowing you to see if they are completed or paused.

Let's start with a task. For example, let's look into JC.

All activity will appear here in the task. This includes client descriptions, their responses to questions, and any updates between Serena and Becca. The details section contains the information entered when the task was created, which I will show next.

We support any type of files. If you need to upload, download, or change files, logos, or similar items, you can do it here in the Files tab.

To go through the other tabs: - Requests: Shows all your requests, similar to the dashboard page. - Services: Displays our plan and ongoing tasks. We have a custom plan, so ignore that organization.
Here are your invited emails and messages. Reporting and similar tasks are mainly for administrative purposes, and we honestly don't use them much.

Your main focus will be on the dashboard page within these tasks. That should cover getting started on TeamTown and signing in.
