How to Start Using Dictaml: A Step-by-Step Guide

We'll cover the steps to find and install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, and how to set up your account. Once installed, you'll learn how to integrate Dictaml with your email, such as Outlook, to draft and reply to emails efficiently. We'll also discuss granting access to your emails and using fallback mode if needed.

Hello and welcome to this tutorial on how to start using Dictaml. First, find the Dictaml page in the Chrome Web Store. You can use the link provided in this tutorial or search directly in the Chrome Web Store. Then, add the extension to your Chrome browser by clicking the "Add to Chrome" button.

Once the extension is installed, you need to sign in or sign up for Dictaml if you don't have an account. Click on the appropriate button.

In my case, using Outlook, you can compose a new email by clicking the "Compose" button in the top left corner.

For the first time, you'll be asked to grant the extension access to your emails. You can choose not to grant this access. If you do not, you'll need to activate the fallback mode settings. In this example, I will proceed with Outlook and grant access.
