
Tracking Follow-Ups for GT Interview Invites
Let's get started
To easily track which contacts have been invited; which contacts have already responded; and which contacts still require follow-up, I've created a separate View on each tab of the spreadsheet. Here's a brief tutorial on how it works!
Currently, I'm in the ELSI tab. I will click on "View" in the top ribbon.

Here, it shows me that I'm in the "Default View." Click the arrow to see alternative views.


This will take you to a sheet view that only includes contacts which have been already been invited (i.e., names for which the "Date of Initial Invitation" cell is not blank).
If someone responded within the first week, I put an X in the follow-up boxes to indicate that they do not require follow-up. If there is no X, then the contact needs to be followed-up with.
Whoever sends out the follow-up will enter the date they send the follow-up email along with their initials in the follow-up boxes.
