In this guide, we'll learn how to customize the email information sent to guests after they make a booking, whether it's a direct booking or through VRBO. By adjusting the email templates, you can tailor the content to suit your specific needs. Let's dive into the steps to modify these templates effectively.

Modifying Email Templates

To begin, access the settings by clicking on the top right settings icon in the Front Desk Dashboard - Track Software. Navigate to the CRM setup tab and select email templates. Here, you'll encounter various templates, some tailored to individual units and others to buildings.

Editing Specific Templates

Search for the relevant building name, such as 'Avida,' to identify the specific templates associated with it. For instance, you may find templates for all units or specific ones like '416.' Choose the template you wish to modify, like 'all,' and proceed to edit it by clicking on the respective button.

Customizing Email Content

Within the template editor, locate the content that is sent to guests. Make the necessary adjustments, such as removing services like private chef and grocery shopping, to align the email information with your preferences. Once you've made the desired changes, save the template to finalize the customization process.
