
How to Update Web Figures and Export Data Using Outlook and Excel

Let's get started
First, open Outlook.

We search for the web figures with today's date.

We will save the new web figures to the desktop.

Save new figures.


Then, go to the website files folder.

Load the WFupdate macro.

Click on the WFupdate sheet.


Return to the PDF sheet.

Click on "Data."


Retrieve data from the file.

Open the PDF file on your desktop.

Locate the new figures file.


Import. Click on table 001. Pages 1 to 2.


Load 2.

It's an existing worksheet.

Click the top corner of the existing worksheet.


Press OK, then go to the WFupdate sheet.

Click the "Get Data" button.


Is that one done? Alright. Then, open an IP direct dashboard.


You load up the remaining orders.

Then, go to File and select Export to Excel. Click Yes.



Save the file to your desktop. Then close the window.

Return to the website files folder.

Press the populate button. This loads the remaining orders from your desktop into the order sheet.
