In this guide, we'll learn how to efficiently manage pick slips and summaries using Lettuce, our mobile website. The process involves generating PDFs for pick slips, saving them appropriately, and sending them via email to designated recipients. Additionally, we'll explore how to navigate through 3W to access sales search data and export it to Excel for further analysis. Let's get started.
Managing Pick Slips and Summaries
To begin, ensure you are logged into Lettuce and navigate to 3N for pick slips. Enter the necessary details such as the date and item codes for apples and pears. Save the pick slips and summaries with descriptive names. Finally, send them via email to the specified recipients.
Accessing Sales Search Data
Next, open 3W to access sales search. Select the appropriate date and department, then export the data to Excel. Ignore any errors that may arise during the export process. Attach the files to an email and send them to the designated recipients, ensuring redundancy in case of power or internet outages.
Head to 3N to collect picking slips.

When making copies, follow these steps: 1. Select the source. 2. Choose the destination. 3. Input the number of copies (up to nine).

That means the pick slip will print as a PDF. It will open on your desktop, and then you just need to save it and attach it to an email. Run four PDFs for pick slips. Enter the date for the orders.
For this test run, we'll set the date for May 30th, although typically it's for the following day.
The first one is for apples, labeled as 201, and the next one is for pears, labeled as 202.
Enter through there. Leave the bottom layout blank for your first one.

Then, go back and enter 111, or rather 119. Repeat the same process for the layout. Scroll down and choose 206, then proceed with entering that.

The pig slips are now completed.
