This guide will help you navigate these features efficiently.
Let's get started
We will learn how to use the CHC-IT SysTray. The SysTray helps perform basic functions and request assistance. Look at the bottom right of your screen for the Chesapeake Healthcare logo. You might need to click "show hidden icons" to find it, but it should be there.

Click on CHC IT to see the options.

We can launch Athena, Outlook, and RightFax, with more applications added regularly based on user preferences. We can perform Chrome and Edge cleanups by clearing cache and cookies. Additionally, we can use the support portal and submit help requests. Let's click on the support portal.

Our Chesapeake Health Care support portal is your place to go for IT help. It might show us if any of our services are having issues. In this case, we see there is upcoming maintenance for Athena Medical. You can click here if you need assistance or have a problem. You can also view your tickets and access help articles.
