This involves adding a new quote from a deal, confirming information, and ensuring that only items with SKUs are included. We'll also explore how to use the standard quote and the importance of selecting the correct payment page, specifically Chargify, to streamline the process. This video demonstrates how to use the new quoting process. Starting from a deal, add a new quote. Confirm your information and click next. Confirm your information again and click next.



When adding items to the quote, ensure you only include items with SKUs.

I will add from the product, one item at a time.

I will add from the custom library and, in views, select standard plans.


If you're adding any of these, you can use this. If not, you need to use the old process.







The way to know we've done this correctly is by seeing a purple "Pay Now" button with sparkles. A purple "Pay Now" button indicates a credit card will be processed directly through Chargify.

I can hit next and review. . When you use this quote, instead of going to the PayPal or HubSpot payment page, users are redirected to the Chargify payment page.

In this process, they set up directly with Chargify. Everything else remains the same after this step. They'll fill out the form, place the order, and then proceed to the Sendspark signup page. Inform them that activation will take some time afterward, as it redirects to the signup page.
