How to View and Sign Student Services Plans and Documents in the PowerSchool Parent Portal

Learn how to locate, review, and digitally sign student services plans, consent forms, and academic records in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

This guide is for parents and guardians who need to review or electronically sign student support documentation, EAL forms, or evaluation records in PowerSchool.

Accessing Student Services Plans

Step #1: Click Parent Sign In. — Click **Parent Sign In**.

Step #2: Click the student selector tab in the top navigation bar to choose your child. — Click the student selector tab in the top navigation bar to choose your child.

Step #3: Click Student Services in the left navigation sidebar. — Click **Student Services** in the left navigation sidebar.

Signing a Student Support Plan

Active plans for your child display at the top of the Student Services page. Click View Plan to read through the document details before providing your electronic signature.

Only one parent or guardian is required to sign the student support plan.

Step #4: Click Signature Required on the plan row. — Click **Signature Required** on the plan row.

Step #5: Click the Name input field and type your full name. — Click the **Name** input field and type your full name.

Step #6: Click the calendar icon next to the Date field to open the date picker and select the current date from the calendar dropdown. — Click the calendar icon next to the **Date** field to open the date picker and select the current date from the calendar dropdown.

Step #7: Click Submit to record your signature. — Click **Submit** to record your signature.

Reviewing Student Services Forms and Letters

Lower down on the Student Services page, you can access consent forms and letters, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) placement and exit forms. If a consent form requires your signature, click View Form or Letter to review it, then click Signature Required to sign.

Step #8: Click Documents in the left navigation sidebar. — Click **Documents** in the left navigation sidebar.

You can return to the Student Services page to view or print a copy of the completed plans and forms at any time.

Click **Documents** in the left navigation sidebar.

Q: Can I print or review the plan after submitting my signature?

A: Yes. You can navigate back to the Student Services section at any time to view and print the plan (File/print option in your browser bar).
