Gensco packing slips do not include the invoice number, we need to find the invoice in AP Invoices in order to index correctly.

This process involves matching the pick ticket number to find the invoice, copying the invoice number, and then locating the PO number index. The goal is to ensure the invoice number is accurately placed in two specific locations. The date is not a factor in this process.

Indexing Gensco Packing Slips: Search for this number, the pick ticket number, in your AP invoices.

Use email search, type the pick ticket number and enter

Open the invoices that are provided by the search

Copy the invoice number.
