How to Manage Countries

Learn how to manage countries, view dashboard summaries, add new country profiles, and edit existing entries in your application.

This guide explains how to manage countries within the platform. Completing these steps allows you to accurately track country-specific users, sources, and domains.

This guide applies to administrators or managers who need to configure country availability, track resources, and maintain up-to-date geographical categorizations.

The Countries Management dashboard provides summary cards displaying the total number of countries, assigned users across all countries, and assigned sources. The main table lists each country along with its associated users, domains, sources, official languages, and status.

Add a New Country

Click Countries in the left sidebar to open the management dashboard.

Select the appropriate status for the country, such as Active or Inactive.

Click Submit to save the new country entry.

Edit an Existing Country

To modify an existing country, click the Edit icon in the actions column of the corresponding country's row.

Update any necessary fields in the modal and save your changes.

Q: Will I need to manually enter the official languages for every country?

A: No, when you select a country from the list, the system automatically detects and fills in the known official languages for that region. You can still manually edit or add new languages as needed.
