This guide explains how to preview, edit, and update system and user prompts. Completing this task ensures that your AI tools, such as the change impact analysis, operate using the most accurate and up-to-date instructions.

This guide applies to system administrators and prompt engineers. Use this workflow whenever you need to adjust AI instructions, compare version changes, or draft new prompt configurations.

Navigate to the prompt management page to view and update your system configurations.

A: Yes, you can select any previous version from the version history panel to open a diff view. This allows you to visually compare your current draft with older versions.

Q: Does editing a prompt immediately overwrite the live version?

A: No, making changes automatically creates a draft. You must save the draft as a new version to apply the changes, or you can discard the draft to cancel them.
