In Digital Warehouse, the asset catalog displays every asset type you've added through the provisioning service.

You can indicate a price, the amount in stock, and a potential external reference for synchronization with ERP solutions.

You can enter the manufacturer, material type, and procedure used. Additionally, you can specify which customers can view and order this specific asset type.

By selecting the option "Share with all customers", all customers with access to the Digital Warehouse can view this item. If you deselect it, you can choose specific customers, and only they will have access to this asset type.

In the order details, you can add additional information fields. These are free-form fields where you can enter any information you want.

You can also add files to this asset type.

You can add public files to the left side, allowing your customers to see, access, and download them. There are also files for internal use. Once you're done, press Save to update the asset type.
