Navigate Performance Calibration Sessions in Hibob Pt1
Learn how P&C facilitators can navigate Hibob to locate, open, and manage performance calibration worksheets for their assigned sessions.
This guide demonstrates how to locate and open performance calibration worksheets within Hibob. Completing this workflow ensures you can successfully access the correct participant data and facilitate your scheduled business calibration sessions.
This workflow is primarily for People & Culture (P&C) facilitators and business leaders who are preparing to run or moderate end-of-year performance calibration sessions.
Before accessing the calibration tool in Hibob, ensure you have your EOY Performance Calibration Schedule spreadsheet handy. You will need to reference the exact event name from this spreadsheet to locate the correct session.

When you open the event, you will notice multiple managers listed as facilitators. The system requires this to successfully pull in all direct and indirect reports. However, the P&C team manually consolidates all participants into a single functional worksheet assigned to the primary facilitator.

Q: Why are calibration events not launched immediately?
A: Events remain unlaunched to prevent automated system invitations from confusing business leaders and facilitators before the session is fully prepared and ready to begin.
Q: Why are multiple managers listed as facilitators if only one person runs the session?
A: The system requires all relevant managers to be listed as facilitators so it knows to pull in their direct and indirect reports. P&C then manually consolidates all these participants into one functional worksheet for the primary facilitator.
Q: What happens if another leader tries to open their worksheet?
A: Because all participants are moved to the primary facilitator's worksheet behind the scenes, any other leader who opens their worksheet will simply see an empty screen with no data.
Q: Can certain employees be omitted from a calibration group?
A: Yes. If an employee has changed roles or has a temporary reporting line, P&C can omit them from the main session by moving them under a different, inactive test facilitator.
