This guide explains how to generate and send aircraft quotes to customers in response to their flight requests. By following these steps, you will be able to offer multiple aircraft options and necessary attachments, such as catering menus, directly to the client.

This workflow is designed for operators and corporate aviation administrators managing flight bookings. Use this guide when a customer submits a new flight request and you need to provide them with available aircraft choices.

When a customer submits a flight request, you can review their details and build a comprehensive quote featuring multiple aircraft options.

Step #1: Click the flight request in the All Requests table (e.g., PEA-000201) to view the trip details and passenger count. — Click the flight request in the **All Requests** table (e.g., **PEA-000201**) to view the trip details and passenger count.

Add Aircraft Options

You can provide the client with various aircraft choices to fulfill their request. In this example, we will add three distinct options to the quote:

Aircraft Option	Source / Details
Dassault - Dornier Alpha Jets	First preset option; includes an attached catering menu.
Challenger 604	Second alternative option added to the quote.
BBJ / Boeing 737-700	Third alternative option added to the quote.

Option 1: Dassault - Dornier Alpha Jets

Step #2: Click the Aircraft dropdown menu to view the available presets. — Click the **Aircraft** dropdown menu to view the available presets.

Step #3: Select Dassault - Dornier Alpha Jets from the list. — Select **Dassault - Dornier Alpha Jets** from the list.

Platform presets can include internally owned aircraft or external vehicles sourced from AVI pages.

Submit the Quote

Once you have attached all the applicable options, you can dispatch the comprehensive quote.
