How to Source and Track Off-Market Garage Blocks

Learn how to systematically find privately owned garage blocks using LandWorth, PropertyData, and Google Maps, and log your findings in a tracking spreadsheet.

This guide explains how to identify blocks of garages, verify their ownership, and compile essential data for potential acquisition. You will use LandWorth to scout locations, PropertyData to check ownership details, Google Maps for coordinates and visual inspections, and Google Sheets to log your leads.

Scout Locations in LandWorth

Start by configuring your map to easily spot garage rows and blocks.

Systematically scan the edges of the city, moving inwards. Look for distinct rows or clusters of small rectangular structures that indicate a block of garages.

Copy the postcode

Analyze the Site in PropertyData

Once you have a postcode, check the title boundaries, ownership type, and unit count.

Transfer the data you've gathered so far into your tracking spreadsheet.
