Sync Microsoft Entra Users and Groups in Qumulex

Learn how to manually trigger a sync of people and groups from Microsoft Entra into your Qumulex QxControl environment.

This guide demonstrates how to manually synchronize users and groups from Microsoft Entra to Qumulex. Completing this ensures your access control lists and user permissions are up to date across your facilities.

This task is intended for system administrators and security managers. It should be performed whenever immediate synchronization is required after adding or modifying users in Microsoft Entra.

Set Your Scope

Before syncing identities, ensure you are operating within the correct facility scope.

Navigate to the QxControl dashboard and log in.

Trigger the Entra Sync

Once scoped correctly, navigate to the Places menu to trigger the directory sync.
