In this guide, we'll learn how to set up a small round straightening machine. This machine specializes in straightening aluminum bronze rods and crowns ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm. Our focus will be on the initial setup, specifically adjusting the wheels.

First, we will identify the position of the wheels, which include one convex and one concave wheel. The goal is to increase the distance between them to allow the rod to fit. We will use a wrench, specifically one and an eighth, to open the first part. After opening, we will return the wrench to its place and proceed to adjust the wheel that increases the distance between the wheels until the rod fits inside.

Let's get started

We will now conduct a tutorial on a small round straightening machine.

Ah... This machine specializes in aluminum bronze rods, with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm. Ah... We will focus on setting up the machine, and our first step is adjusting the wheels.

2
The first step in setting up the machine is to adjust the wheels.

First, if we go, we can see that the wheels are in the middle.

3
Locate the wheels in the center of the machine.
Step #3: Locate the wheels in the center of the machine.

We have one convex wheel and one concave wheel, and we currently want to increase the distance until the rod fits.

4
Identify the convex wheel and the concave wheel.

First, take a 1 1/8 inch wrench and open the first part.

5
Take a 1 and 1/8 inch wrench.
Step #5: Take a 1 and 1/8 inch wrench.
6
Use the wrench to loosen the adjustment rod.
Step #6: Use the wrench to loosen the adjustment rod.

So, we will open it. After opening, we will return the key to its place and turn the wheel that separates the wheels.

7
Return the wrench to its place.
Step #7: Return the wrench to its place.
8
Go to the adjustment wheel.

We will take the wheel located here and start turning it until we see the rod go inside.

9
Turn the adjustment wheel to increase the distance between the rollers.
Step #9: Turn the adjustment wheel to increase the distance between the rollers.
