How to View Course Analytics in Your Membership Portal

This guide explains how to access and view course analytics within your membership client portal. By reviewing this data, you can track learner progress, evaluate assessment results, and monitor course revenue.

This process is relevant for course creators and portal administrators who need to evaluate member engagement and track the overall performance of their published materials.

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

Click Memberships in the sidebar, open the Courses menu in the top left, and select Analytics from the dropdown.

Once on the Analytics window, you will see four separate tiles managing different aspects of your course statistics.

Analytics Module

What it tracks

Course Progress

The completion status and progress milestones of learners taking your course.

Assessments

Quiz and test results, highlighting which learners achieved perfect scores and which failed.

Member Analytics

Individual member profiles and engagement metrics (links directly to your Contacts data).

Revenue Analytics

Financial statistics, including who purchased the course and enrollment numbers for free courses.
